Migun Bed
This post is an attempt to answer all of the emails about:
What’s the best way to relax through massage?
What’s the cheapest way to get a massage?
Should I buy something?
I’ve done a lot of research to find the best ways to relax through massage including in your own home. The best part, is that there are many different pricing options too – basically you can choose something that best fits your budget.
Okay, ready to relax?
Free Massage Options
Massage exchange
Many cities have massage clubs in which people exchange massages. You give a massage, you get a massage. Pretty easy setup. However, it’s a bit difficult to track down reputable clubs in your area as they are often lost within the massive amounts of erotic massage services. That’s why I personally didn’t go this route. Plus “someone off the street” just doesn’t feel trustworthy. So, if you have a friend that would like to share massages, that is the best massage exchange in my opinion and it would be completely free. You could even setup a once per week arrangement as both parties will benefit!
Free Massage From a Massage School
These are possible to find once in a great while at a therapeutic massage school. Typically free massages are a promotion to get your business so that their students in training can practice. These schools almost always offer low priced therapeutic massages even when they aren’t offering free ones.
Low Cost Massage
There are many options in the low cost range.
Massage Therapist
Once again, this is a great way for $40-60 per hour to get professional quality massage relaxation. However, the downside is that you must pay for each hour, whereas when you buy massage equipment, you’re done paying for it (other than electricity).
Heat Massage Device
If you go to your local Walmart, Kmart, or Target store, you should be able to find a hand held massage device. They come in many different shapes and sizes (and prices). Some have different settings and some provide heat as a bonus along with the vibration.
Wooden Massage – Handheld Relaxation
There are many low cost handheld wooden massage devices. These are held in the hand and stroked or rubbed on the body. This is an easy way to exchange massages with friends without a lot of hard work. It makes massage extremely effortless and costs practically nothing. You can find these at local wood product stores and shopping malls for around $8-$20.
Moderately Expensive
Here are some options for the middle range budget.
Massage Chair
These chairs are found in local furniture stores. The iJoy chairs are a pretty decent quality at around $400. You sit in them and have a variety of options for back and neck massage. My best friends have one and so do my parents. I ask to sit in their chair every time I’m at their house. I must tell you that if they sold at $250, I would already own one…but for me I’d rather spend $300 and get a series of professional massage sessions (and then get the free chair massages when I go to my friend’s house).
In Home Massage
Many local massage therapists will come to your home for a higher hourly rate ($100-200 per hour). Do the research to find licensed therapists and avoid the scourge of erotic massage.
Migun Bed
Here’s the product that this site is all about. It’s a fairly expensive product that can be purchased through Migun World retailers. I love this product. However, I cannot afford it. If you want more information about Migun beds, just read the rest of this site…
Very Expensive
As a parting word, I highly recommend hot tubs, jacuzzis, and steam rooms for relaxation. All have a slightly different relaxing and refreshing effect. Many of these items can be bought and installed in the home. You can even get in-home steam rooms for several thousand.
Massage Relaxation Conclusion
Through all of this research, and years of study on the human body, I would recommend all of the items on this page. Personally, I would recommend finding a friend for a massage exchange. Buy a wooden handheld massage device. Get an iJoys chair and a Migun Bed. Last, get yourself a hot tub.
For a moderate investment, you can find quality massage relaxation right in your own home.
